📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking traditional Indonesian dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Help with food presentation and plating.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets.
- Learn and assist in preparing special dishes for events and promotions.
- Participate in team meetings and kitchen safety drills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in an Indonesian restaurant.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen tools and equipment.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian cooking techniques and ingredients.
