You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver outstanding service, from taking orders to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Take and record orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning tables
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with any additional tasks as required by the team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid food handling certificate
