Manager Engineering Hotel Resort - WFH 2x/Week

As a Manager of Engineering at Premier Resort Group, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our resort's technical infrastructure is always in top condition. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience. Your daily tasks will include coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all technical systems are functioning efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all technical aspects of the resort, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of all technical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Work closely with the hotel's management team to enhance the guest experience through technical improvements.
• Monitor and maintain all technical documentation and records.
• Participate in regular meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed about the status of technical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the engineering or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Certifications in relevant technical fields (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM)).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP.
