📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols, using tools such as Microsoft Excel and our in-house housekeeping management software.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with resort management and other departments to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as our resort's specific cleaning standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks, using our in-house management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field, such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or the Certified Hospitality Housekeeper (CHH) designation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as our in-house housekeeping management software.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
