As a Cafe Assistant, you will be the backbone of our café, assisting with daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and helping to create memorable experiences for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist with daily café operations, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and breads for our baking classes and café menu.
Lead and assist in our popular baking classes, providing clear instructions and demonstrating baking techniques.
Ensure the café is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with the café team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
Stock and organize café supplies, ensuring we always have what we need to run smoothly.
Assist with marketing and social media tasks to promote our café and baking classes.
Help with training new staff members and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong baking skills, with experience in preparing pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Enthusiastic and passionate about baking and hospitality.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
