📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends in international student recruitment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and enroll students from various countries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, schools, and partners.
• Create and manage student recruitment campaigns using various digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and address their inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international student recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international student recruitment, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting students to educational institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, schools, and partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
