Estimator / Cutting List Engineer - Aluminum & uPVC Windows & Doors

Daily, you will be responsible for creating detailed material estimates, preparing cutting lists, and coordinating with our production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. You will also work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed material estimates for aluminum and uPVC windows and doors projects.
• Prepare accurate cutting lists using specialized software such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of material usage and costs to optimize project efficiency.
• Maintain and update material databases and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material estimation and cutting list preparation.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum and uPVC materials, properties, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
