In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D models that integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our models meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the 3D models.
• Generate detailed technical drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to discuss model progress and address any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in BIM and M&E.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.
• Ensure all models are properly coordinated and integrated with other disciplines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
