📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished according to hotel standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Assist with special events and maintenance tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Follow and enforce hotel policies and procedures
• Perform inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
