📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional methods.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
