📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Promote our company's services and products to customers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in any additional tasks as required by the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with automotive services and industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
