📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide expert advice on cost control and value engineering to optimize project performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Proven track record of managing and delivering construction projects successfully.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
