📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate product quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct quality inspections and tests to identify and resolve product defects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Provide training and guidance to junior quality control staff.,Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality management systems is a plus.
