📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans to ensure efficient use of materials and resources.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Conduct regular audits of material control processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material transactions and inventory levels.,Provide Mandarin language support for communication with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and material control in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of managing inventory and material flow in a high-volume production setting.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and material control software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
