📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
