📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and performance support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
