📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to company standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
