📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and maintain machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor junior operators on machinery operation and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues promptly.
  • Monitor production output and quality to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency and quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
