Resto Eko Fruit is looking for a Lead Delivery Driver to manage and coordinate our delivery team. As a Lead Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deliveries are made on time, in good condition, and to the satisfaction of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.,Ensure that all deliveries are made in good condition and to the satisfaction of the customers.,Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with customers and the delivery team.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Provide training and support to the delivery team to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.,Report on delivery performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed by the delivery team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating a team.,Knowledge of delivery routes and traffic patterns in the Bantul area.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with delivery management software and systems.
