📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.,Oversee the input, verification, and maintenance of data in various systems and databases.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or errors.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data entry activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data management software and systems is a plus.
