You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our training programs are not only effective but also aligned with our company's vision and values.

As an intern, you'll have the chance to work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience with learning management systems such as Moodle and Blackboard. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates with a background in instructional design, multimedia, or a related field. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive quizzes.
• Work with instructional designers to develop learning strategies and scenarios.
• Test and evaluate e-learning modules to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of learning management systems using Moodle and Blackboard.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in the creation of training materials that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Understanding of learning management systems such as Moodle and Blackboard.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with multimedia software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
