PULSE Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing banquet operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.,Assist in the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, catering, and guest arrangements.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for each event.,Manage staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and client interactions.,Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events, ensuring client satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus, ensuring high-quality service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
