📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits of financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to enhance financial integrity.,Staying updated with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Providing guidance and support to junior staff on audit-related tasks and processes.,Participating in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.,Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all audit-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
