📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and distribution networks.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical infrastructure.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued high performance of the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall functionality of facilities.
Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
Certification in electrical safety and maintenance (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Familiarity with electrical software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Bali.
Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
