📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Source and attract top talent for our Risk, Partnerships, and Operations teams through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure a high-quality pool of candidates for the hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and our company culture.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates on their performance in the interview process and keep them informed about the status of their application.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and video interview platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and financial services, and a desire to make a real impact on the world.
