📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement innovative academic programs to improve student performance and educational outcomes.
Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing learning opportunities.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community leaders to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to monitor progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local organizations.
Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of academic programs.
Represent the foundation at educational conferences, workshops, and community events to advocate for educational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program development and implementation.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing educational initiatives.
Strong knowledge of educational assessment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
