Data Mart Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. We are looking for a professional who can manage a team, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.,Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to assess the performance of the warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
