📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, both in-store and online.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cashier area and sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.,Stock and organize products to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
