Central Go Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be based in Baturaja but will have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using business development tools and software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
