📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and distribution networks.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued high performance of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall functionality of facilities.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
• Certification in electrical safety and maintenance (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with electrical software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
