📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and evaluate branch performance, providing regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to ensure that the branch remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
